[Security Protection] To ensure your account security and system security, and to provide you with continuous and stable services, we will obtain your IDFA, Android ID, IP address, device brand, device model, operating system, task processes (only processes related to this software), Bluetooth address, Bluetooth name, and sensor information (including accelerometer, gravity sensor, linear accelerometer, gyroscope sensor, orientation sensor, rotation vector sensor, pressure sensor, light sensor, and magnetic field sensor). Additionally, OAID will be used to associate user behavior.

1.3 Images

[Custom Avatar] If you authorize Camera Permission, you can set or change your avatar by taking photos; if you authorize Album/Photo Library Permission, you can set or change your avatar by uploading images from your album.

1.4 Clipboard

[Input Field Pasting] When you choose to paste in any input field, we need to read your clipboard information.

1.5 Payment Information

[Payment] If you pay for VIP membership, we will launch WeChat Pay or Alipay payment pages, but we will only obtain your payment information and will not obtain other information including payment account, password, or fingerprint.

2.1 Basic Function Mode

If you only wish to use the basic functions provided by QingSong JiJian, including viewing basic interfaces and software functions, you may choose to enter the Basic Function Mode. In Basic Function Mode, QingSong JiJian will not collect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, but you cannot use registration/login.

You can withdraw consent to the Privacy Policy and re-enter QingSong JiJian to choose to use Basic Function Mode.

2.2 Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account. After cancellation, we will delete all relevant information about you.

Please understand that we cannot provide all services to you alone. In many cases, we also need to provide services to you together with our affiliated companies and other service providers. 1. QingSong JiJian Software: refers to the client software of the tool for recording daily work content provided by us to users, hereinafter referred to as "QingSong JiJian" in this Policy.

2. User: refers to users who enable, browse, or upload data to QingSong JiJian, hereinafter referred to as "you" in this Policy.

3. Other Users: refers to other QingSong JiJian users besides the user themselves.

1. QingSong JiJian

A. Third-party SDK Usage

(1) To continuously and stably provide the use of QingSong JiJian tools, and to achieve advertising placement, advertising monitoring, advertising attribution, anti-cheating, and advertising placement statistical analysis services, we will access third-party advertising SDKs, which will independently obtain your personal information.

a. Pangle SDK (ByteDance): Device Information: device brand, model, software system version, resolution, network signal strength, device language, sensor information, mobile system restart time, total disk space, total system memory space, IP address, device WI-FI information, device identifiers (IDFV, specific fields vary due to different software and hardware versions). Application Information: developer application name, application package name, version number, application foreground/background status, running task processes (only processes related to QingSong JiJian). Advertising Information: display, click, conversion, and interaction data of advertisements. Other Information: carrier information, device time zone. Purpose: advertising placement, advertising monitoring and attribution.

b. GDT SDK (Tencent Advertising Alliance): Device Information: device manufacturer, device brand, device model, operating system version, screen resolution, screen orientation, screen DPI, IP address, time zone, device WI-FI information, network type, carrier, device name, system startup time, system language, disk space, device posture, pressure, accelerometer sensor and other basic information; Identifiers: IDFV, IDFA; Application Information: host application package name, version number, running task processes (only processes related to QingSong JiJian), host application running status; Usage Data: product interaction data, advertising data (display, click, conversion advertising data). Purpose: advertising placement, advertising monitoring and attribution.

c. Baidu Union SDK (Baidu Mobile Promotion SDK): Device Information (end-user hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, IDFA, operation records, device WI-FI information, click, display, conversion and other interaction data). Purpose: advertising placement, advertising monitoring and attribution.

d. Kuaishou Union SDK (Android) (com.kwad.sdk): Device brand, device model, software system version, storage information, carrier information, device time zone, device language, network information, device WI-FI information, device identifier (IDFA), IP address, WIFI status, sensor information (including accelerometer sensor, gravity sensor, linear accelerometer sensor and gyroscope sensor, pure sensor data does not belong to personal information), SIM card activation information. Purpose: advertising placement, advertising attribution, anti-cheating, security.

e. Gromore SDK Android (com.bytedance.gromore) (ByteDance): For advertising aggregation and placement needs, may collect device information (device brand, model, system version, resolution, network information, device identifiers such as OAID/IDFA, etc.), application information (package name, version number, application foreground/background status), advertising display/click/conversion data, carrier and device time zone, etc. For details, please refer to ByteDance Gromore SDK Privacy Statement. Purpose: advertising placement, advertising monitoring and attribution.

f. Alibaba Cloud Object Storage SDK (OSS): When you use functions related to uploading images and files, it may collect system name, system version number, network connection method, phone model, Build.ID. Purpose: ensuring stable upload/download services.

2. Registration and Login

A. Personal Information We Collect and Use

(1) Guest Mode: When you use this Software without logging in, you cannot use some functions of this Service. If you want to use all functions in this Service, you need to have a successfully registered QingSong JiJian platform account, and you need to provide a QQ account or WeChat account, and obtain authorization for that QQ account or WeChat account. The authorization includes: QQ account or WeChat account's open ID, nickname, and avatar. For your account information, this platform will adopt professional encrypted storage and transmission methods to ensure information security and will not collect, use, disclose, or make public without authorization. Please be aware that you are responsible for properly keeping your account information and password.

(2) Basic Account Information Management: The account avatar, nickname, and preferences you set or change. If you do not provide such information, it may affect the completeness of your basic information, but will not affect your normal use of other functions. You can customize or change your account avatar. Please note that this function requires camera or storage permission. If you refuse to authorize camera permission, you will not be able to set or change your avatar by taking photos; if you refuse to authorize storage permission, you will not be able to set or change your avatar by uploading album images, but the above will not affect your normal use of other functions.

B. Third-party SDK Usage

(1) To achieve QQ login and sharing to QQ functions, we will access QQ Connect SDK, which will collect QQ avatar and nickname information you actively choose, as well as operating system information, device model information, etc.

(2) To achieve WeChat login, WeChat Pay, and sharing to WeChat functions, we will access WeChat Open Platform SDK, which will collect WeChat avatar and nickname information you actively choose, as well as host application package name, WeChat installation status, etc.

(3) To achieve statistics and sharing functions, we will access MobTech ShareSDK (Mob Share SDK), which will collect device platform, system version, device model, device manufacturer, device brand, screen resolution, IP address, carrier information, WiFi information, device identification information (such as OAID, Android ID, IDFA, etc.), host application package name, as well as social platform OpenID (third-party account identifier) when you use the sharing function.

3. Adding Records and Bookkeeping

a. [Account Book Management] When you add or modify account book information, when you choose to paste information in the input field, we need to read your clipboard information. We will not collect or use private information in your clipboard.

b. [Hourly Wage Management] When you add or modify hourly wage information, when you choose to paste information in the input field, we need to read your clipboard information. We will not collect or use private information in your clipboard.

c. [Record Management] When you add or modify record information, when you choose to set remark information, when you choose to paste information in the input field, we need to read your clipboard information. We will not collect or use private information in your clipboard.

d. [Image Upload and Storage] When you add supporting images to records and upload them, we will use Alibaba Cloud Object Storage SDK (OSS) to complete file upload and storage. This SDK may collect system name, system version number, network connection method, phone model, and Build.ID to ensure stable upload services. IV. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

1. Sharing

(1) We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. Your personal information is an important basis and component for us to provide products and/or services to you. For example, https + self-developed encryption method for transmission encryption; JWT authentication (currently the most popular cross-domain authentication solution); malicious user traffic detection, freezing accounts after analyzing suspicious user behavior to prevent account theft and losses to users; database high availability (referring to reducing system service downtime through design) to prevent loss of user data such as coins and cash, with backup and recovery capabilities; when displaying mobile phone numbers to users on the client side, the middle 4 digits are hidden with "*" to protect user mobile phone numbers, etc.

3. Without your consent, we will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual other than us, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this Policy.

4. Currently, this Software does not involve personal information going overseas. If personal information needs to go overseas due to business development in the future, we will list the types of outbound personal information item by item in this Policy and mark them prominently.

5. You understand and agree that if you voluntarily share relevant content to third-party products/platforms, third parties will be able to know some of your information, including account avatar, account nickname, and shared content; moreover, the information you share will be displayed on the product/platform you share to (including but not limited to QQ, WeChat, and other platforms). On that product/platform, third parties can view your information according to the settings of their respective products/platforms, including account avatar, account nickname, and shared content. You understand and agree that to better provide you with services, this platform can associate data records (such as purchase records, consumption records, bookshelf content) under your account on this platform's official website and other clients with your account in this Software. Similarly, this platform company can also associate the aforementioned data records in this Software with your account on this platform's official website and other clients.

7. Location and Duration of Information Storage

We comply with the provisions of laws and regulations. Personal information collected and generated during operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China is stored within China, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. For the above circumstances, we will ensure sufficient protection of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Duration of Information Storage

Generally, we only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose, unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law. The criteria we use to determine the aforementioned period include:

3. Delete Your Personal Information

a. Delete account book information, specific operation method:

(1) In "My - Account Book Management", click any "Account Book", click delete;

(2) The default account book of the app cannot be deleted (this account book is the basis for system operation), but you can manually delete all information in the account book (including products, labels, records) or click "Clear Account Book" in the modification interface of the default account book, which will delete all data contained in the account book;

b. Delete hourly wage information, specific operation method:

(1) In "My - Hourly Wage Management", click any "Hourly Wage Record", click delete. Deleting hourly wage will also delete related records;

c. Delete specific record information, specific operation method:

(1) On the "Homepage", click any "Record", click delete;

d. Delete daily subsidy and deduction information, specific operation method:

(1) In "Statistics - Salary Details - Add/Set Subsidy (Daily) or Add/Set Deduction (Daily)", click any "Record", click delete;

e. Delete monthly subsidy and deduction information, specific operation method:

(1) In "Statistics - Salary Details", click any monthly subsidy or monthly deduction record, click delete;

If you want to delete other personal information, in the following circumstances, you can request deletion of personal information from us. We will process it within 15 working days. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service:

(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(2) If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent;

(3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;

(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account;

(5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us, requiring them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization. After your personal information is deleted, we may not immediately delete the corresponding personal information in the backup system, but will delete this information when the backup is updated.

4. Change or Withdraw Your Authorization/Consent
